Joscelin D, arrived within the service window. Communicated with us throughout the service. Explained everything in detail and how long the appointment would last. Will definitely be using your company again in the future. I will also recommend your company to my neighbors.

The team at HP and Premier Carpet is great. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The quality of their work is above average, and the prices are below average. win-win.

From start to finish the work was professionally done. 11/2025 Eventhough, HP did not come out physically to give an estimate, they know the business well and Jessie could answer all questions. The estimate was very fair and only chargde 1/2 price for second furnace not like other companies charging full price. HP also was willing to clean the dryer ducts which other companies did want to deal with for $79. HP had the best and lower price for the same work as the other two estimates including the dryer ducts.
Joselyn who did the work, did a thorough professional job and was conscientious about protecting the floors and corners of the walls. She had a cover for the door also where the vacuum hose came inside so the dog could not get out and kept the heat in. She worked constantly and finished the job in 6 hours. She also answered all questions about filters and process of the job and clean the air intake filters where appropriate.
I would recommend HP to clean your air ducts in your house.
